In February of 2005, A1 Towing, Inc merged their operations into Norfolk Tug Company.

The joint company, Norfolk Tug Company, improved its blend of boats and shore-side expertise.  We combined our companies to offer a wider range of tugs and a strong blend of industry and business expertise.  Most importantly, we believe that together we can provide a safer and better equipped product, benefiting both our customers and our employees.
